Discovery Green Turns 3

Discovery Green celebrated it's third anniversary with a free performance by Galumpha, a trio of acrobatic dancers performing "movement magic" and "human architecture" making their first apperance in Houston.

Discovery Green is a 12-acre urban park located in the Downtown Houston. In its first three years, the park welcomed more than three million visitors and hosted more than 800 public and private events.  Discovery Green has become one of my favorite spots in Houston. Happy Birthday!

Go Nik...It's Your Birthday!

I have some really great friends!  First, we started off on the patio at BLUE on Friday....and wrapped up with a recovery champagne brunch at Mia Bella on Sunday.  I have selective amnesia and am leaving out anything in between that time period. HA!

I loved the wine & gift bag my friend Misty Blue gave me. It made me think about entering the next phase of life and what aging responsibly really means.   It was an amazing evening out on the patio. Thanks.
